We serve legal process on Pakistan-based matters where the other party is located overseas, through the methods recognised under Pakistani civil procedure, including service through the relevant foreign mission.
Assisting foreign proceedings with service in Pakistan
Where foreign counsel or a foreign court needs a Pakistan-based party properly served, we handle that service and the documentation it requires.
Proof of service documentation
We prepare the documentation a foreign or domestic court needs to accept that service was validly completed — this paperwork is often what determines whether a case can proceed at all.
Coordination with correspondent counsel abroad
Where service needs to be effected in person in one of our other markets, we coordinate directly with local counsel there.
